This beautiful ornament is made with three different woods.
Back - Bloodwood
Middle - Ash
Front - Walnut or Mahogany
The middle layer is laser wood-burned with the image of Jesus on the cross. The wounds on his side, hands, and feet, are cut out to reveal the red color of the natural bloodwood underneath. The front is laser wood-burned with a rustic American flag behind the INRI, (Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews), scroll placed above Jesus's head.
